Shipping & Returns
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 (product subtotal after any applicable discounts). Free Shipping promotion applies only to delivery address' located inside the contiguous United States and qualifying orders are shipped Ground. Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $9 and shipped Ground. Expedited Shipping is available and calculated per order via UPS. Further expedited or special shipping requests can be made by email.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in New, Unused Condition and in Original Packaging for a full refund, less shipping and fees. All items not returned in New, Unused Condition and in Original Packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product(s) returned. We also reserve the option to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Additionally, any discounted, sale or closeout items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items. A prepaid return label will be provided for items outlined in our 'Warranties' section below. Do not place shipping labels directly on product packaging. Example: helmet or boot boxes. Items should be in original packaging and placed in a shipping container with any needed packaging to insure no damage occurs during shipping.

We stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufactures warranty. Some warranty issues will need to be addressed with the manufacturer. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem. We will also cover all return shipping charges for any defective, damaged or incorrect items.
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item. In the email, please include your Order # and a brief description of the issue.
